PSIRF Training That Respects Your Reality

Practical investigation skills for healthcare professionals who don’t have time for theory.

If you’re leading patient safety incident responses in NHS-funded care, PSIRF training isn’t optional. But it should give you more than a certificate, it should give you confidence.

This course is designed around one simple truth: investigating patient safety incidents in the real NHS means navigating with compassion and skill.

Built by NHS practitioners and Chartered Human Factors specialists actively working with PSIRF right now, this training reflects the actual pressures, trade-offs and difficult decisions and conversations you face.
